도덕과 진로교육 방안 연구 - 아들러(A. Adler)의 열등감을 중심으로 -
열등감이 진로장벽으로 존재하게 되면 다양한 심리적 어려움을 경험 하고 꿈을 향한 도전의 원동력을 상실할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 진 로 과정에서 열등감이 긍정적인 에너지로 작용할 수 있도록 다음의 세 가지 지도 전략을 제시한다. 첫째, 자신을 넘어서는 목표와 구체적인 목표를 세우도록 지도한다. 둘째, 상호 격려 및 자기 격려를 지도한다. 셋째, 진로 과정에서 협력 활동을 구성한다. 이를 통해 마련된 진로교 육은 4차시(BTS-SMART 목표 활동, 꿈 품앗이 활동(협력 활동과 상 호 격려 활동), 꿈 틔우기 활동(실천 나눔과 자기 격려 활동))로 구체 화된다. 이를 통해 학생들은 공동체 감각과 협력을 길러 열등감을 관 리하면서 꿈을 향해 나아갈 수 있다.
A Study on Career Education in the Moral Education Curriculum - Focusing on A. Adler’s Inferiority -
If a feeling of inferiority exists as a career barrier, psychological difficulties may appear and it may become difficult to pursue a dream. Therefore, this study suggests the following three guidance strategies so that feelings of inferiority can act as positive energy in the career process. First, instruct students to set beyond-the-self-oriented intrinsic goals and specific goals. Second, teach mutual encouragement and self-encouragement. Third, organize cooperative activities in the career process. The career education prepared through this is embodied in four courses (BTS-SMART goal activity, cooperative activity and mutual encouragement activity, practice sharing and self-encouragement activity). Through this, students can develop social feeling and cooperation, manage their inferiority, and move toward their dreams.
