초등학생의 우월적 지위 남용 예방을 위한 교재 구성 방안 연구
근래 몇 년 사이에 가장 많이 들리는 단어 중의 하나가 ‘갑질’이며, 커다란 사회 문제의 하나로 지적되기도 하였다. 물론 과거에도 갑질, 즉 우월적 지위의 남용은 많이 있었으며, 그로 인한 사회적 피해 또한 막대하였던 것도 사실이다. 그러나 새삼 새롭게 문제시되는 것은 우리 의 의식이 그만큼 고양되었다는 반증이며, 정의로운 사회를 이루고자 하는 열망을 반영한 것이 아닌가 생각된다. 이는 곧 “사람 아래 사람 없고, 사람 위에 사람 없다”는 말처럼 지위고하를 막론하고 누구나 존 중받기를 원하며, 하나의 인격체로 동등하게 대우받기를 소망함을 의 미한다고 볼 수 있다. 이와 같은 점에서 본 연구는 갑질, 즉 ‘우월적 지위 남용 예방교육’을 위한 초석으로서 그 의미와 발생 원인을 살펴 보고, 교육적 해결 방안을 모색하고 한다. 이것의 해결을 위한 다양한 방법들이 존재하겠지만, 학교 정규 교육과정 내에서 이 문제를 다루는 것이 가장 효율적이라고 판단되며, 초등 도덕과가 중심이 되어 이 문 제를 풀어가는 것이 또한 가장 효율적이라고 판단된다.
Making a Textbook of Prevention from Superiority Abusing for Elementary Students
One of the most heard words in recent years is ‘Gapjil’, and it has been pointed out as one of the biggest social problems. Of course, it is also true that there have been many abuses of Gapjil, or superior position, in the past, and the resulting social damage has been enormous. However, what is being raised as a new issue is proof that our consciousness has been advanced a lot, and I think it reflects the aspiration to achieve a just society. This can be seen as meaning that everyone wants to be respected and treated equally as a person, regardless of their status, as the saying goes, “There is no one below people, and there is no one above people.” In this regard, this study examines the meaning and causes of Gapjil, that is, as a cornerstone for ‘education for prevention from superiority abusing’, and seeks educational solutions.
