동서양 윤리사상에 기초한 의사결정의 윤리적 책임성 함양 연구 - 마음챙김 명상과 에포케(epochē)를 중심으로 -
불확실성의 시대에 더욱 악화될 것으로 보이는 인지편향은 윤리적의사결정을 어렵게 만든다. 마음챙김 명상에서 학생들은 ‘지금 이 순간’의 감각, 감정, 생각에 대한 명료한 알아차림을 통해 자극과 반응사이에 공간을 확보함으로써 의사결정의 윤리적 책임성을 함양하게 된다. 에포케에서는 일체의 편견으로부터 벗어나려는 초월론적 주관의의지를 통해 의사결정의 자기 책임성을 추구할 수 있다.
A study on Moral Education to Cultivate Ethical Responsibility in Decision Making Based on Ethical Thought of the East and West - Focusing on the Mindfulness Meditation and Phenomenological epochē -
There is a high possibility of amplifying anxiety in our mind on account of high uncertainty in these days. This could make cognitive biases in human worse. Through participating in mindfulness meditation, students can cultivate ethical responsibility by making the space between stimulus and response when they are aware of their sensation, emotion, and thought right at that moment. Through applying phenomenological epochē, the students also can build up absolute self-responsibility with the help of the transcendental subject’s will to free them from their prejudices.
