2015 도덕과 교육과정 개정에 대한 도덕과 교사 요구 분석
본 논문은 2015 도덕과 교육과정 개정에 대한 초등학교와 중등학교 도덕과 교사들의 요구를 분석한 것이다. 주요 요구는 통합사회와 도덕 과 교육과정에서의 명료한 도덕과 정체성 진술, 도덕과의 성격에 맞는 내용 요소 선정 및 조직, 윤리적 쟁점에 대한 적응적 학습을 위한 교 육내용 요소 적정화로 분석되었다. 교사들의 요구를 효과적으로 충족 하기 위해서는 교사와 학생의 흥미와 참여에 근거한 민주적 교육과정 설계와 실행, 교육과정 해설서 재발행을 통한 교육과정의 효과적 실행 지원, 한국사회의 핵심 가치에 대한 실증적 증거 축적이 필요하다.
A study on Moral Teachers’ Needs for 2015 Revised Moral Education Curriculum
This paper analyzes the needs of elementary and secondary school moral teachers for the 2015 Revised Moral Education Curriculum. Main demands of theirs are categorized three. namely, a clear statement of characteristics of Moral Education in the curriculum of Integrated Society and Moral Education curriculum, the selection and organization of content elements appropriate to the characteristics of moral education, and the optimization of educational content elements for adaptive learning on ethical issues. To effectively meet the needs of moral teachers, it is necessary to design and implement a democratic curriculum based on the interest and participation of teachers and students, to support the effective implementation of the curriculum by re-issuing the curriculum guidebook, and to accumulate empirical evidence on the core values of Korean society.
