젠더 기반 폭력 남성의 내러티브에서 윤리교육의 역할
본 논문에서는 젠더 폭력 문제가 사회윤리의 주요 주제라는 점에서 윤리교육의 역할을 찾아보고자 했다. 주로 젠더 폭력 문제는 사회학이나 심리학에서 연구를 하는 것으로 인식되어 왔다. 물론 젠더폭력에 대한 사실적 이해도 중요하지만 젠더 폭력 문제는 폭력 남성의 가치관과 밀접한 관계에 있다고 생각된다. 사회윤리적 주제들에 대해서 가치탐구를 해서 올바른 실천을 하도록돕는 것이 윤리교육의 역할이라고 본다면 젠더 폭력 문제는 학교, 사회를 막론하고 윤리적 성찰이 요구된다 하겠다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 먼저 젠더 기반 남성 폭력에 대한 관점을 채택하기 위해서 젠더의의미와 남성의 젠더 기반 폭력에 대해 살펴보았다. 다음으로 폭력남성의 캐릭터 형성에 영향을 준 가부장제의 지배윤리를 탐색했다. 이어서 폭력 남성의 성역할 내러티브에 내재되어 있는 지배윤리에 대한 비판적 인식이 필요함을 제시했다. 폭력 남성 내러티브의 재구성에서 내러티브 탐구, 이야기 윤리 교육의 역할을 설정해보고자 했다. 젠더 기반 폭력 남성은 자신의 내러티브에 대해 탐구함으로써자신의 캐릭터에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓힐 수 있다. 가부장제의 맥락에서 설명할 수 있는 폭력남성의 캐릭터는 새로운 이야기의 구성을통해 새로운 캐릭터로 구성해 갈 수 있다. 양성평등한 성역할 내러티브의 재구성은 폭력 남성이 폭력을 떨쳐낼 수 있는 과정으로 이루어진다. 캐릭터의 변화와 내러티브 플롯에 가치 해석과 의미부여를 함으로써 윤리교육의 역할을 찾아보고자 했다.
The Role of Ethics Education in the Narrative of Gender-based Violent Men
In this paper, the issue of violent men was viewed as family ethics and social ethics from the point of view of gender. The role of ethical education is to reflect on social ethical issues and help them to practice them. First, I looked at the meaning of Gender and Gender-based violence in order to adopt a view of gender-based violence. Next, I explored the ruling ethics of patriarchal systems that influenced the formation of characters of violent men. It was then suggested that critical perception of the governance ethics inherent in the gender role of violent men should be required. I wanted to set up a role of narrative inquiry and story ethics counseling in the reconstruction of violent men’s narratives. Gender-based violent men can broaden their understanding of their characters by exploring their narratives. In the context of the patriarchal system, the characters of violent men can be composed of new characters through the formation of new stories. Reorganization of gender equal narratives consists of the process in which violent men can get rid of violence. In this paper, we tried to find out the role of ethics education by interpreting and assigning value to character changes and narratives. It is necessary to develop a program that utilizes narratives in ethics education and ethics counseling to construct new life stories and changes in characters of violent men.
