인공지능로봇을 위한 윤리 가이드라인 연구 - 인공지능로봇윤리의 4원칙을 중심으로 -
이 연구는 인공지능 및 로봇의 개발과 사용 과정에서 발생하거나 발생 가능한 사회적 문제들을 해결하기 위하여 인공지능 및 로봇에 대한 윤리 가이드라인을 제안하고자 한다. 이 윤리 가이드라인은 로봇과 관련된 사람들을 위하여 윤리적 기준이나 원칙들의 제시에 초점을 맞추는 것이 아니라, 인공지능 로봇이 어떠한 역할을 하고 어떠한 지위를 가져야 하는 지를 규정하고, 이를 통해 윤리적인 책임들이 산출될 수 있도록 인공지능로봇윤리를 제안하고자 한다. 아시모프의 로봇 3원칙과 같은 역할을 하면서도 이를 시대적인 변화에 맞추어 새롭게 해석하고 제안되어야 할 윤리 가이드라인에서는 인간의 존엄성과 인류의 공공선이 기본적인 가치이념으로 제시되고, 이러한 가치의 실현이라는 테두리 내에서 인공지능로봇의 존재적 가치는 인간의 행복실현을 위한 도구적 가치임이 강조되어야 한다.
A Study on the Ethical Guideline for artificial intelligence robots - Focusing on 4 principles of artificial intelligence robot ethics -
This study proposes the ethical guideline for artificial intelligence robots to solve the social problems that may arise or occur in the process of artificial intelligence and robot development and use. This ethical guideline does not focus on the presentation of ethical standards or principles for people involved with robots, but rather on what role and status the AI robot should have, and through which ethical responsibilities can be calculated. We need an ethical guideline that serves as the three principles of Asimov's robot and presents new ethical standards in line with the changes in the times.
