The purpose of this study is pharmacologic moral education's direction in the age of transhumanism. I believe that genetic manipulation, artificial intelligence, and cyborgation, as well as pharmacological ways to improve moral abilities are all morally acceptable. But, for transhumanism's moral education, I will suggest the pharmacological method for moral bioenhancement. Transhumanism may represent an extension by degree that is considered morally acceptable, but at the same time, the risks posed by technological development will also be extended. Neuroscientific researches have confirmed that neurotransmitters, like oxytocin and serotonin, are able to influence pro-social behaviors encompassing trust, empathy, generosity, and reaction to fairness. On this ground, some scholars argue for the morality pills project in order to enhance our morality. Thus, pharmacologic moral education is considered as the most promising method of moral enhancement. I tried to show here that morality pills have limitation, but they have possibility that are reliably effective in making persons more moral. In this article, I tried to make a critical evaluation of transhumanism’s moral education through pharmacologic moral education's direction.
